Non-profit organization "Black Sea Cluster Innovations and Development" is a voluntary non-governmental and non-party organization, uniting legal entities with economic purpose, non-profit legal entities, educational and research institutions, municipal and regional administrations, which deal with implementation, management and marketing of knowledge intensive products and services, training and R & D.

We conduct systematic interdisciplinary research, analyzes, consultations and other project activities in knowledge-intensive industries, in creative and recreational industries; We implement projects to support the development and deployment of knowledge intensive products and services; We implement specialized technical, economic, legal and other educational programs; Organize and hold meetings, seminars, conferences, fairs and exhibitions.
